3 Days Selous/Nyerere national park safari: The Selous or Nyerere national park is the largest park in Africa covering an area of 54,600 square Kilometers. The Selous was named by the British hunter and explore Fredrick Courtney Selous but the name was changed by The President of Tanzania  John Pombe Magufuli to Nyerere National park.Selous is famous for Elephants, other animals seen in Selous are Lions, wild dogs, impalas, buffalos, bushbucks, elands, hippos, Crocodiles and many more including a variety of  bird species.

Day 1: Dar es salaam to Selous(Nyerere national park)
You will be picked up from Dar es salaam to Selous game reserve. On arrival you will explore the mighty Rufiji River by doing the boat safari. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Full day
On this second day, you will do a full day game drive in the selous game reserve now known as Nyerere national park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3 Walking safari-Dar es salaam.
After breakfast, the park ranger will walk with you to selected areas for walking safari and later depart to Dar es salaam.
